CACI International (known simply as CACI)[1] is an American defense contractor specializing in engineering services and information technology. It is located in Reston, Virginia.

CACI was founded in 1962 in Santa Monica, California by two former employees of RAND Corporation under the name "California Analysis Center, Incorporated", later changing its name to "Consolidated Analysis Center, Incorporated" in 1967, before taking its well-known acronym as its official name in 1972.

It is publicly traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "CACI".
