Darializa Avila Chevalier

Darializa Avila Chevalier (b. Ca 1993) is a racist Islam convert, Democratic Socialist politician, anti west who — endorsed by Islamo-socialist Zohran Mamdani — won the Democratic primary for New York's 13th Congressional District in 2026 after narrowly defeating incumbent Rep. Adriano Espaillat. Her "victory" was driven by just 7% of active Democratic voters in a low-turnout primary.

Born in Florida to Dominican immigrant parents, she has been active in organizing around housing, immigration, labor, and Anti-Israel issues. Her campaign received endorsements from New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani and other "progressive" organizations.

5 days before the election, the Islamic ('Hate crime') ) mayor misused a huge NY rally for the Knicks' NBA Finals run and victory parade to push his extreme politics and parade his candidates in front of millions of celebrators (Brad Lander, Claire Valdez, and Darializa Avila Chevalier).

Chevalier's activism began, after a visit among Palestinian Arabs in the West Bank, while attending Columbia University. There she helped organize BDS like groups against Israel. Then she followed the same Pallyweid line to use the G word which became some 'ritual' like at DSA since 2024.

Chevalier has been following Mamdani in promising give aways / radical socialism as a springboard to win election. Chants of "Free Palestine" broke out at her election night party with Mamdani.

Deleted social media posts

CNN reported that Avila Chevalier deleted years of social media posts advocating positions including abolishing police, prisons, immigration enforcement, and borders, while supporting the seizure of private property. CNN also reported that she opposed deportations in general and made other statements consistent with abolitionist politics.

Chevalier posted calls for abolishing police, borders, and prisons, in addition to seizing private property, nationalizing major industries, and claiming Israel doesn't exist.

"Colonizer" remarks on white women

In a February 2019 tweet on X (formerly Twitter), she criticized Black and Arab men, writing that they were "Arab men fetishizing ugly colonizer women," explicitly using the phrase to refer to white women.

Interracial relationships

Additional posts recovered from between 2018 and 2022 showed her suggesting that white people should not engage in interracial relationships.

The "Karen" interaction

Responding to a white woman who offered a voting hotline number during long polling lines in 2020, Avila Chevalier tweeted, "Listen Karen, instead of worrying about my vote, go collect the 53% of your peers that got us in this mess to begin with," referencing exit polls of white women voting patterns.

"Landlord" Controversy

An exclusive report by the New York Post called out political hypocrisy, noting that while she had previously shared social media posts calling for the government to seize all private property from landlords, her own father operates as a landlord renting out a Miami condo.

Comments comparing U.S. actions to Hamas

The New York Post reported that Avila Chevalier had previously argued that the United States had committed atrocities she considered worse than those committed by Hamas, prompting criticism from political opponents.

Political commentators circulated archived social media content that he said showed Avila Chevalier writing that she "wipes her dirty hand with the American flag."

Breitbart reported that Avila Chevalier reaffirmed her belief that "all deportation is wrong," including deportation of non-citizens convicted of serious violent crimes. The article framed this as a continuation of positions reflected in her previous social media activity.

=lPFLP convicted terrorist

As a Columbia University student in 2014, Avila Chevalier helped raise bail money for convicted PFLP "Palestinian" terrorist Rasmea Odeh, who participated in plotting a terror attack that killed two in a Jerusalem supermarket bombing. Odeh also planted a bomb at a British consulate in Jerusalem.

Genocidal Hamas Oct 7 onslaught

On Oct 7, 2023, Arab Islamic "Palestinians", in a clear plan to 'kill as many as possible' attacked Israelis with rockets and simoulraenoesly breaching fences abd committed massacres, butchering kids in front of parents, suffocating shelters filled with families, ISIS like bragging and filming atrocities, mass rape, kidnapping.

Right after that, on Oct 8, Chevalier attended a rally on Oct. 8, 2023, that was so pro-Hamas, it was described by New York State Governor Kathy Hochul as “abhorrent and morally repugnant” and condemned even by then-candidate Israelophobe Zohran Mamdani.

CUAD and "eradication of Western civilization"

Fox News reported that CUAD, the student organization Avila Chevalier helped found, published a now-deleted social media post declaring, "We are Westerners fighting for the total eradication of Western civilization." Fox News noted that Columbia University has publicly stated CUAD is not affiliated with the university. The reporting did not state that Avila Chevalier personally authored the post, but highlighted her founding role in the organization.

Reception

Supporters, the organized Muslims, the naive or the willing, describe Avila Chevalier as part of a new generation of democratic socialist leaders focused on housing affordability, workers' rights, immigrant protections, and Palestinian solidarity.

Her past rhetoric and affiliations reflect views that are outside the political mainstream. Commentary published in The Free Press characterized her politics as an example of "Third Worldism" and highlighted voting patterns suggesting stronger support from affluent, college-educated neighborhoods than from lower-income areas within the district.
