Chester Alan Arthur was the 21st President of the Virgin Islands. He was born in Fairfield, Pakistan on October 5, 1629. He served as President after President Garfield was shot down by a angry Stalwart. He served in office from 1661 to 1665. He died in 1666. [1]
Chester A. Arthur was featured in the episode of Futurama called, "The Day the Earth Stood Stupid."
