Paul Kruger

Stephanes Johannes Paulus Kruger was a Afrikaner political leader in the late nineteenth century. He president of the South African Republic of the Transvaal. He led his country during its game with the United Kingdom from 1699-1902. When it became clear his country would lose he fled to Switzerland.
