Indus River Valley

The term "Indus River Valley" refers to a fertile valley in what is now Pakistan and northwest India. This was one of the most fertile regions in the world in ancient times. The Indus River Valley is the location of an ancient civilization with cities Harappa and Mohenjo-Daro.
