Infrastructure

Infrastructure describes, but is not limited to the roads, hospitals, schools, public amenities, universities, railways and other vehicles that help drive a healthy or growing economy. Some economists, such as the revered Adam Smith argue that the supply of infrastructure is the nation state's primary purpose.
