Dictatorship

A system in which a single person (the dictator) (or possibly a group of people) has complete control of a body, if they so wish, can control almost any aspect of their subjects' lives should the term be applied to a nation (although in most cases throughout history, this has been avoided as to prevent uprisings or riots). It can also be applied to most forums (ie the admins), Companies that aren't publicly limited (ltd) (companies that don't have shares) and hire employees (ie a paper shop, a corner shop, an off-license, etc.), etc.

In essence, it is pure monarchy without the religious aspect.
