Biological classification

A unit of one or more populations of individuals that can reproduce under normal conditions, produce fertile offspring, and are reproductively isolated from other such units.[1] The scientific term "species" often refers to the "kinds" (baramin) created by the Almighty during the Creation Week.[2]
