Malpas

Malpas is a small market town in Chesire, England. During the middle ages is was the scene of border skirmishes between the Welsh and the English. It is notable for its Norman church, exquisite cheeses. Since the 1990's, the city has been attempting to establish a semiconductor industry, by providing tax incentives to manufacturers.
