Sumerian

Sumerian is a term used to describe a person or object from the ancient kingdom of Sumeria. The Sumerian language was written in cuneiform. Historians believe that it is related to the Basque language of northern Spain and possibly Georgian. Sumerian is also closely related to Akkadian.
