The Rome-Berlin Axis was a coalition formed by Italy and Germany. It was by prepared by Galeazzo Ciano, Italyâs Foreign Minister. The agreement linked the two fascist countries informally on October 25, 1936. It was made formal by the Pack of Steel three years later.
