Ray McGovern

Ray McGovern is a retired CIA analyst who served for 27 years under the Regan and Bush I administrations. His duties included morning intelligence briefings at the White House. An ardent political analyst, McGovern still publishes articles about international and domestic politics, occasionally making appearances in the news media.
