White Sea

The White Sea is an inlet of the Barents Sea on the northwest coast of Russia. The White Sea-Baltic Canal connects the White Sea with the Baltic Sea.
The White Sea contained a critical submarine base during the era of the Soviet Union[Citation Needed].
