This is an old revision of this page, as edited by Learn together (talk | contribs) at 18:49, September 14, 2007. It may differ significantly from current revision.

The Eight Circuit is a federal Court of Appeals which covers Missouri, Arkansas, Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota and South Dakota.

It is about evenly balanced between conservative and liberal judges, even though 9 out of 11 of its active judges were appointed by Republican presidents.
