Grover Cleveland

Grover Cleveland was a unique president, the only one to be elected for two terms, but not in succession. Grover was born in Caldwell New Jersey on March 18, 1837. He was a graduate of Yale and was a successful lawyer, mayor of the city of Buffalo, governor of New York, and finally President of the United States of America.
President Cleveland was a conservative Democrat who vetoed hundreds of spending bills and supported a hard money policy.
