The Twelve Apostles or The Twelve Disciples
These men are Saints in the Catholic and Orthodox traditions except for the traitor. They were the twelve disciples of Jesus while He walked the earth.

- James the Apostle
- St. James the Less
- Thomas the Apostle
- Saint Andrew
- Bartholomew the Apostle
- Saint Philip
- Jude the Apostle
- Simon the Apostle
- Saint Matthew
- Judas Iscariot (The traitor) [1]
After the death of Judas (Matt 27:5)
- Matthias the Apostle (Matthias was chosen as an apostle by prayer and lot to take the place of Judas.)
