The collective term for the civilizations of the Greek subcontinent. Also a modern country. Ancient Greece had a lot of influence on many of today's cultural achievements, like democracy and the art of debating. One should not forget to mention that gay sex was common among greek philosophers and their pupils. Greece is therefore the root of many of today's problems with homosexuals.
