Adult Swim

Adult Swim is late night programing which runs after 10:30 PM Monday-Thursday, After 11 PM Saturday, and after 10 PM Sunday on the Cartoon Network. The shows vary in ratings, from TV-PG to TV-MA. Adult Swim began airing September 2, 2001, and in March 2005 was split from Cartoon Network completely for ratings reasons.[1]
Adult Swim has proven its strength by continuously being the highest rated programing for young adults and men.[2]
Adult Swim is also the source of the Mooninite terrorist threat that plagued Boston a few years ago. The actions of the Mooninites are being closed monitored by the FBI.
