Joseph Graham (Gray) Davis, Jr is a politician who has served as; a California State Assemblyman (1983-1987), the California State Controller (1987-1995),the Lt. Governor of California (1995-1999), and the 37th Governor of California (1999-2003). He is most notable for being the second Governor in US History to be removed from office by recall.
