Merge proposal
I'm not sure which should merge with which. Well, perhaps I do...
I proposed that this merge with Altaic languages because the Manual of Style now says that article names should be in lower case, not title case. However, this page has the longer history, and perhaps should be the one that the other merges to.
Yet it's better to have singular titles, so we really should merge both to Altaic language. But that doesn't answer which history should be retained in the final article.
