Joseph Mobutu

Template:Stub Joseph Mobutu was the 2nd President of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, and held and iron fist over the country from November 25, 1965 â May 16, 1997. He was born October 14, 1930 and died September 7, 1997. Mobutu is known for being a tyrannical kleptocrat, who stole billions of dollars from his fledgling country in order to build himself mansions in Italy and France.
