Wikipedia's ratio of 3:1 for liberals to conservatives is six times the ratio in the American public of 1:2 for liberals to conservatives.

- Out of 600 people there would be 250 liberals on Wikipedia that would otherwise be conservatives in the general American public. That's really only 41.667% of the population on Wikipedia. Although, I admit that statistic doesn't make it look like Wikipedia is as crazy liberal as it is. --Puellanivis 14:48, 10 December 2007 (EST)
Let's not forget - the article used as a foundation for the "Wikipedia is 6 times more liberal than the American public" nonsense declares that 18% of Americans self-identify as liberal. Therefore, Schlafly believes that 108% of Wikipedia users are liberal. How do we reconcile these figures with your fractions? --HueyCominToGetcha 22:33, 11 December 2007 (EST)
