Names

Yeah you might want to be careful about that - I mean, especially with users like "Godisalie666" - I'm not sure what possessed you to put a welcome template on his page. Just try to show more discretion.--IDuan 23:57, 25 January 2008 (EST)

Dewey it's happening again--IDuan 00:08, 1 February 2008 (EST)
Dewey, may I ask you why you are welcoming blocked users? :\ --David Rtalk 00:09, 1 February 2008 (EST)
How can you tell that he is a blocked user? I was just amused by the name. --GDewey 00:09, 1 February 2008 (EST)
Well, if you're amused by the name, the name's likely inappropriate - see above. The way you tell is by letting the user make a few edits before you add the welcome template - if the edits are legit, then you can welcome the user, if they are not, then you don't.--IDuan 00:11, 1 February 2008 (EST)

Block

We could have a debate about the Ten Commandments' influence on the rule of law, but I don't think you'd win it. Absent debate and discussion, singlehandedly removing facts from articles, or calling them into question, is just not in your best interest, and not in the site's best interest, either.-MexMax 17:18, 27 January 2008 (EST)
