First Amendment
The establishment clause has long been mis-used by the liberal community for years; i.e. to them, the government can prevent someone from excercising their freedom of religion. That is why that line has been placed in the article. In short, the article should be about the First Amendment, its history, and the Establishment Clause because it's related. If you agree to that, I will remove the protection now. And if you can make that article better in scope, writing, and quality, go for it. Karajou 23:19, 24 February 2008 (EST)
