The day of silence is a day supported by many schools and students accross the nation in an attempt to pressure more people in adopting an attitude of acceptance towards queerbag life styles. It is sponsored by the Gay Lesbian Student Education Network and the Lesbian/Gay/Bisexual/Transvestite Student Empowerment Project of the Unite States Student Association.
