Batsman

In cricket, the batsman is the person who tries to hit the ball. They are basically meant to defend the stumps from being hit by the ball. A batsman is a very important person in cricket.
The batsmen take "turns" to bat. Once a batsman goes out, he/she is replaced by another. This is done until all batsmen on the team are out.
