Unless it's changed its name in the last few days the ICJ is not known as the World Court... Is the ICC not also known as a World Court? The article on the front page specifically states that the "World Court" is formally known as the ICJ TheGySom 23:00, 25 March 2008 (EDT)
- Wikipedia does refer to it by both names, though admitting it's colloquial. DanH 23:02, 25 March 2008 (EDT)
- WP refers to the PCIJ, the ICJ and the ICC as being World Courts, this just refers to the ICJ, and seems to only be derived from one author of a newspaper article (the judges quoted in the article clearly refer to it as the ICJ) TheGySom 23:04, 25 March 2008 (EDT)
