White bread
This is an old revision of this page, as edited by TheGySom (talk | contribs) at 03:20, March 26, 2008. It may differ significantly from current revision.
White bread is much lighter than normal whole-wheat bread, being creamy or milky in color. Some nutrients may be lost during the bleaching process, and many people therefore believe that it's not as nutritious as darker breads.
The term white bread is occasionally used as a mild slur for white people.
