Hello, I wanted to introduce myself, in hopes to avoid conflct! I've been working very hard on a variety of articles on the history and teachings of Christianity, and came into conflict with some of your edits to Cult. Many of my dearest friends are Mormons (Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints), and I consider them my bothers and sisters in Christ, even though I do not share the particular tenets of their faith. And, while I do not know any Jehovah's Witnesses personally, I don't know of any reason to disparage their faith here on the Conservapedia. At any rate, since this is a reference work to be shared by conservatives and Christians of many faiths, I hope you will understand and not put these faiths on a list of cults.

I'm really not sure how you can separate the tenets of Christianity from being brothers and sisters in Christ. SavedByGrace 12:18, 16 March 2007 (EDT)
I mean that, since there are many denominations of Christianity, it is possible -- and ethically important -- for members of one Church to respect one another's beliefs and regard one another as "Christians" even though their beliefs may differ in some particulars. I would hope that, for instance, Southern Baptists would recognize Lutherans, or Catholics, or Methodists as "brothers and sisters in Christ" in that they all share the fundamental truth of Christ's ministry and promise of Salvation. I do not see why Mormons or Jehovah's Witnesses should be regarded any differently. Boethius 13:40, 16 March 2007 (EDT)
