The leader of the rich and powerful Borgia family in Florence during the Renaissance. Admired greatly by Niccolo Machiavelli, Cesare Borgia was used as a model of excellent leadership in Machiavelli's ''The Prince''. In reality, Borgia was corrupt and ruthless.
