The Processor Technology SOL-20 microcomputer was an early personal computer from 1976. It had an integrated keyboard/case. Inside was an S-100 bus and an Intel 8080 microprocessor, a serial port, and a ROM "Personality Module" containing a small operating system. A monitor could be connected as the video display, which internally was connected to a VDM-1 display interface.

The SOL-20 was an updated SOL-10.
