Icons of Evolution is a book by Jonathan Wells. Dr. Wells contends that the book shows that "the best-known “evidences” for Darwin’s theory have been exaggerated, distorted or even faked."[1][2][3][4] In the late 1970's Mr. Wells decided through his studies, conversations with God, and prayer to devote his life to destroying Darwinism. [5]
His book says:
- These examples are so frequently used as evidence for Darwin's theory that most of them have been called "icons" of evolution. Yet all of them, in one way or another, misrepresent the truth. (P. 7)
