Liberal Behavior

Most pigeons live off the scraps that modern society inevitably produces. Without the work of industrious human beings, pigeons would not be able to exist in the numbers that they do today, nor would they be able to be as 'diverse', as the different colored pigeons would soon be eaten by predators. Pigeons are a nuisance because they uncaringly deposit feces on people's property, even though those same people make the pigeon's easy life possible. If pigeons become too bad, they can be shot, but it is much more efficient to limit the amount of handouts they get. Being the lazy bums that they are they will soon go somewhere else.
