Analytic chemistry is a field of chemistry studying qualitative and quantitive questions - What is it? And how much?

Uses of Analytic Chemistry

It is important these days, to know if there is asbestos in insulation, or lead in paint. The Analytic Chemist helps the government worker; "How many phosphate ions pollute the river?" He helps the archaeologist; "Is there tin in this old farming tool?" The analytic chemist has a job which helps many people.
