Caspian Sea

The Caspian Sea (143,200 square miles) is the largest lake in the world. It is a saltwater lake and located between western Asia and eastern Europe. It borders Azerbaijan, Iran, Kazakhstan, the Russian Federation and Turkmenistan.
Fauna
The Caspian Sea is well known for its populations of sturgeon fish, which make the Caspian a prime source of the delicacy caviar.[1]
