Miriam
Miriam was the older sister of Moses as recorded in the Bible and watched him float down the river in a basket in an effort to save his life. She also went up to Pharaoh's daughter when Pharaoh's daughter found the basket and had Moses nursed by his own mother. Miriam is described as a prophetess, the first woman to be described in this way in the Bible, and led the Israelites in singing after the drowning of Pharaoh's soldiers trying to cross the Red Sea. Later Miriam and her brother Aaron spoke out against Moses due to the wife he had married. She also started to question Moses' exalted state with God over her own:
"And they said, Hath the LORD indeed spoken only by Moses? hath he not spoken also by us? And the LORD heard [it]". (Numbers 12:4)
Because of Miriam's hubris, she was turned leprous. Moses begged God on her behalf, but she was still sent outside the camp for 7 days, then returned with the leprosy gone.
