Fast Food Christianity

Fast Food Christianity is the practice of Christianity in such a way as to indulge in the practice, while skimping on the spirit. Blind adherence to dogma without thought as to Christ's teachings and what they mean, and blind adherence to literalism without critical thought, are the religious equivalents of "fast food," in that they satisfy, but you're still missing out on the real thing.
