Matthew

This is an old revision of this page, as edited by Tmtoulouse (Talk | contribs) at 15:24, March 19, 2007. It may differ significantly from current revision.

Matthew was one of the twelve Apostles of Jesus.

Matthew was a tax collector when he left his job to follow Jesus. [1] He was the author of the first Gospel, which was written in Greek primarily for the Jewish audience. Some claim that a notebook containing Hebrew notes were also written by Matthew.
