SimCity 2000

SimCity 2000 (ESRB rating: E) was one of the earliest games in the SimCity series. It has more options such as ability to build Hospitals and Colleges, the player is allowed to receive loans and there are many disasters to choose from like hurricane, fire, air crash, riot, monster attack and many more. It does not have very good graphics but that has not stopped its popularity with SimCity enthusiasts. It is still collected mostly due to its antiquity.
