Robert Anthony (Tony) Snow (June 1, 1955 - July 12, 2008) in Berea, Kentucky; was a television journalist and former press secretary for President George W. Bush. [1] Snow retired from his position at the White House on September 14, 2007, citing financial reasons related to his treatment for colon cancer. [2] Snow died on July 12, 2008 at the age of 53. [3]
Snow has been regarded as a minority conservative in the mainly liberal media. He has guest-hosted The Rush Limbaugh Show and between 1996 and 2003 frequently appeared on the Fox News Channel.
Tony wrote an article for Christian Today Magazine in July 2007, 'Cancer's Unexpected Blessings'. [4] Truly a masterpiece you would not expect to find outside of church theology.
