Civilization

A civilisation needs a form of government (a set of laws), a written language, so they can record their history and accomplishments so they donât have to repeat the same mistakes or invent the same thing over, a form of education, skilled workers, an agricultural surplus to feed the skilled workers, law enforcement, economy, and a currency or trading system.
