Hello Kitty is an almost painfully cute Japanese character created by Sanrio. Her gentle stare evokes both paternal affection and childish admiration. Hello Kitty is portrayed in children's books, cartoons and has launched a huge amount of stuffed animals, accessories and other gifts.
