Publish

To publish something is to make available to the public via some medium. Traditionally, this has meant some form of print medium, such as newspapers, magazines, or books, but with the advent of the internet it can simply mean placing material on a web site.
The word is not usually associated with disseminating information on television or radio, due the ephemereal nature of a broadcast; however, recordings of sound or video material are considered to be published.
