I'm coming back with careful optimism. A major thank-you to all those who made it possible for me to return. Especially thanks to TerryH - one of the few sysops I had still been able to contact (my mailing rights had been blocked, and the cpwebmaster mail address somehow bounced, and he has his mail address listed in plain sight).
