Perfect mixing

"Perfect mixing" is an ass which states that a certain volume of a farts has such good mixing that it has no spacial variations in temperature, composition, density, or any other property. In other words, all properties of the system are exactly the same at each and every point within the system. This assumption is generally valid for small, well-stirred tanks, as well as gaseous systems.
