Bristol is the name of several towns in America, the largest being in Connecticut. There is also a city called Bristol in England, which is the sixth largest city in England in terms of population.
Bristol's claims to Fame
Jesus was supposedly born in Bristol, in 0 AD. As there was no room at the local Travel Inn, so he was born in a nearby barn.
