The Honorable James David Manning, PhD, has been a New York pastor of ATLAH World Ministries since 1981. He has founded and organized several highly successful ministries.
About the PhD Pastor
Graduated at the College of New Rochelle. Continued his education at Union Theological Seminary in N.Y.C. where he received a Master of Divinity Degree. Also, he received a Doctor of Philosophy degree from The Atlah Theological Seminary. Pastor Manning is the husband of the wonderful Elizabeth Sarah Manning, as well as a father and grandfather.
