Handwritten means written using a pen, pencil or (in some Asian cultures) writing brush. In an age where computer usage is increasing vastly, a handwritten letter becomes increasingly a sign of intimacy or affection. In addition, some employers demand handwritten applications from job seekers so that they can practice the pseudoscience of graphology.
