Particle

A particle is a very small piece of material(e.g. the size of Sarah Palin's brain, or John McCain's scruples). The biggest natural sources are dust, volcanoes, and forest fires. Aerosols, or fine particles, are tiny particles of solid or liquid suspended in a gas.
Particle physics is the study of the fundamental constituents of matter and the forces of nature.
