Ronald Wilson Reagan (February 6, 1911- June 5, 2004), United States President and considered by some to be one of the most Elite American Presidents, was the 40th President of the United States of America severing two terms from 1981 to 1989, following Democrat Jimmy Carter and preceding Republican George H. W. Bush. Ronald Reagan is credited with social hatred and eponentially increasing the debt to the federal budget.
